PURCHASE:
I bought this one because it was the cheapest of all the wireless computers on the market that has a light. I picked mine up for $37 and it's worked flawlessly....with the exception of the light which leaves more to be desired.

LOOKS:
It looks great! The red stripe version matches my recumbent trike perfectly. White with red accent is exactly what I was looking for! What are the chances of finding something like this? Thanks Cat Eye. The unit is quite small. I had considered the Strata knowing that I liked its small size, but the Mini Wireless really is pretty mini. The screen is large enough to see, but the unit is small enough to be convenient.

INSTALLATION:
The most difficult part was installing it on my unique application of a tadpol recumbent trike. For a typical bicycle, installation should be a easy like the other reviewer said. The hardest part is figuring out where you want to mount everything. The design of it is good.

USE:
If it weren't for the bottom button that's a bit difficult to use if you have gloves on, I would've given this unit 5 stars. It works fine though and this is just me finding something to complain about. I trike at night, so the light was important for me and it works, but it's a small tiny bulb on the right bottom corner that doesn't light up the screen as well as you would think. It works and you can see the digits, but the light looks a bit cheap when illuminated.

CONCLUSION:
No regrets on the purchase. I'm glad I made this purchase. Even at full price, I probably still would've bought it over the others.

To set the baseline, 4 stars is a great product in my view. This cycle computer is compact, easy to use, easy to read and does what I want it to do. I got the white with red stripe because it was on sale and it just so happens my Pinarello FP3 is white with some red highlights, so it matches.

The installation was simple and easy. It took less than 15 minutes and worked without any issues.

I ding them on the instructions which are bit confusing when it comes to setting the circumference. All of the other functions (time or day, etc.) were all easier, although I had to do it a little differently than. what was shown. By making the instructions graphical (showing one button picture plus another button picture) some clarity is lost. Even the english instructions were a bit off on the process to initiate the settings. That took longer than the installation, but I got everything done.

Once I got things set, the CatEye Micro Wireless has been working without a hitch.
